BODY LOVE MEDITATION

 

The intention of this meditation is to give some time and space to notice, connect & give appreciation for the vessel that houses all of your physical experiences.

It’s an opportunity to practice making friends with yourself and your body.

Download it so that you can listen to it easily and often. It designed to be used lying down - on your floor, on a yoga mat, on your bed, in the grass, on a lawn chair... wherever you like! It's 11 minutes long, and has an invitation to stay resting after the guidance ends.

You can also use the instructions throughout the day - noticing parts of your body, breathing into them, sending them love, and thanking your body for doing what it does.
