Sample schedule for Queer Body Love Retreat
(very subject to change because we create what's happening based on what's in the room & needed)
Activities in the sessions may include:
- meditation
- yoga / movement
- journaling
- facilitated discussion
- heart circle
- group activities
- solo nature journey
Friday
4 - 6 pm : arrive
6 - 7:30 : dinner
7:30 - 9 pm : evening session
Saturday
7 - 7:30 : silent morning practice
7:30 - 9 am : breakfast & time to do as you wish (nature walk, reading, writing, chatting etc)
9 - 12 : morning session (with break)
12 - 1:30 : lunch
1:30 - 3 : first afternoon session
3 - 3:30 snack / personal break
3:30 - 6 :second afternoon session
6 - 7:30 : dinner
7:30 - 9 : evening activity
9 - onwards : campfire / time to do as you wish
Sunday
7 - 7:30 : silent morning practice
7:30 - 9 am : breakfast & time to do as you wish
9 - 12 : morning session (with break)
12 - 1:30 : lunch
1:30 - 3 : closing session
